While Dr. Donnelley’s focus has and always will be, on skin health, she understands that patients want to look as good as they can. Beautiful skin and healthy skin go hand in hand. The Dermapen4 Micro-Needling system addresses fine lines and wrinkles, stimulates collagen and elastin which thickens the skin and minimizes pores, and treat scars (all kinds, including acne, surgical, traumatic and stretch marks), acne, and more! Almost no downtime – you will have some pinpoint bleeding that will stop before you leave our office, and then you will appear sunburned for a day or two. Makeup can be worn after 24 hours.

We are also fortunate to have the Candela Nordlys Laser system:

IPL (also known as “Photofacial”) – to address brown sun spots, generalized redness from rosacea or sun damage, broken blood vessels (telangiectasias), and cherry hemangiomas. Almost no downtime – you will look sunburned for a day or two with mild swelling, and dark spots will temporarily get darker until they flake off. Makeup can be worn the next day.

Fraxel – two wavelengths of light: one that goes deeper into the skin to stimulate collagen and elastin, addressing anti-aging concerns and deeper wrinkles as well as scars; and a more superficial wavelength that will cause peeling to remove dark spots, minimize fine lines and wrinkles, and even treat pre-cancers.
