For more aggressive or extensive procedures, she refers patients to one of the several talented cosmetic dermatologists that she has worked with for years. Donnelley Dermatology sells a selection of skin care products in different price ranges that have been personally tested and that have clinical studies backing their efficacy. We never push cosmetic services or products on you, but they will be available to you should you want them.

The Dermapen4 Micro-Needling system addresses fine lines and wrinkles, stimulates collagen and elastin which thickens the skin and minimizes pores, and treat scars (all kinds, including acne, surgical, traumatic and stretch marks), acne, and more! Almost no downtime – you will have some pinpoint bleeding that will stop before you leave our office, and then you will appear sunburned for a day or two. Makeup can be worn after 24 hours. IPL (also known as “Photofacial”) – to address brown sun spots, generalized redness from rosacea or sun damage, broken blood vessels (telangiectasias), and cherry hemangiomas. Fraxel – two wavelengths of light: one that goes deeper into the skin to stimulate collagen and elastin, addressing anti-aging concerns and deeper wrinkles as well as scars; and a more superficial wavelength that will cause peeling to remove dark spots, minimize fine lines and wrinkles, and even treat pre-cancers.
